I doubt Steam would be able to handle a file like that, especially because it has a ton of separate files. It is also stated on the site that the file is RIDICULOUSLY huge a whopping 950mb of data. Of course, I haven't gotten the mod myself, so I do not know for sure. Subcribing to this mod, if it were to be released on Steam, would likely override some files.
